Nuclear-grade Pneumatic Instrument Valve
On September 5, 2022, it passed the prototype appraisal organized by China Machinery Industry Federation and China General Machinery Industry Association. The appraisal opinion is: The developed nuclear-grade pneumatic instrument valve has independent intellectual property rights, fills a domestic gap, its performance meets the advanced level of international counterparts, and is approved for application in CAP1400/CAP1000 and other nuclear power units.

(2) Scope of Application
The nuclear-grade pneumatic instrument valve (H2J651R-1885R-5/8) is mainly used in the primary circuit sampling system of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants to isolate and permit flow of the media.
(3) Achievement Application Status
In 2023, Dalian Dago signed procurement contracts with State Nuclear Power Automation System Engineering Co., Ltd. for Nuclear Safety Class 2 pneumatic globe valves (PV17) for Shandong Haiyang Units 3 and 4, and for Zhejiang Sanmen Units 3 and 4, respectively. Delivery is scheduled for completion within the current year. Currently, we are participating in the bidding for Nuclear Safety Class 2 pneumatic globe valves (PV17) for Lufeng Units 1 and 2 and Xudapu Units 1 and 2. We are confident that we can meet the tender document requirements and win the contract.
Currently, no other domestic manufacturers have developed nuclear-grade pneumatic instrument valves. The successful development of this achievement has broken through the technical bottleneck of domestic instrument valves, and it is qualified for application in CAP1400, CAP1000, and AP1000 nuclear power units. This is not only significant for achieving 100% localization of CAP1400 third-generation nuclear power plant equipment, but also can promote the CAP1400 independent nuclear power brand to go global and gradually enter the international market.
(4) Intellectual Property Status
The intellectual property achievements independently developed for the nuclear-grade pneumatic instrument valve project. Based on domestic and international patent searches and analysis, no blocking patents were found. The project's intellectual property achievements are independent and controllable. One utility model patent ("A Nuclear-Grade Pneumatic Instrument Valve") has been granted, and one invention patent ("Nuclear-Grade Pneumatic Instrument Valve") has been filed.
